Return Process

Contact our customer support team via the Dookan app or website within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the item.
- 2.Provide Proof
Upload clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect food items, including the packaging and expiry date, to help our team verify the claim quickly.
- 3.Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will review your request and confirm if the item is eligible for a refund or replacement based on our perishables policy.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement with your next delivery or issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
